Agentic Commerce Revenue OS

Don't just be available to AI. Prove that AI can buy from you correctly.

Commerce4 is independent verification and QA for agentic commerce. We test whether an AI agent can find your product, pick the right variant, keep the configuration intact and reach checkout — and document, with evidence labels, exactly where it breaks.

01

Understandable

Agents parse attributes, not adjectives. We check whether every SKU carries the qualifiers buyers actually use.

02

Discoverable

Crawler policy, server-rendered catalog surfaces and feeds decide whether your products are retrievable at all.

03

Buyable

Cart permalinks, variant availability and interstitials decide whether a qualified agent session can complete.

Scoring model v0.1.0

One score, seven weighted categories, no black box.

Every point is attributable to a specific, verifiable technical or semantic condition on your storefront. You get the evidence, the business impact, the recommended fix, the effort and the priority.

Platform roadmap

Built to plug into live commerce infrastructure.

MCP tools

implemented

Contract v0.2.0. Five read-only tools exposed to agent clients (audit_store, get_readiness_score, run_buyer_eval, run_browser_eval, get_findings) at /mcp on the published site, serving seed and public-web data only. Customer/Product surface — separate from the Lovable Build/Admin MCP, which is never exposed. OAuth, least privilege and tier-based access are required before any private merchant audit or write tool ships.

Lead persistence

live

Verification requests are stored durably in the Commerce4 database.

Shopify UCP / agentic checkout

planned

Delegated purchase and cart handoff validation.

Shopify Catalog & Storefront API

planned

Live variant, price and inventory extraction.

Automated technical audit jobs

planned

Automated crawl, render and schema validation runs.

Protocol-neutral payment adapter

planned

Planned boundary: Commerce4 API/MCP → payment adapter → x402 direct | AgentCore Payments (x402 + MPP) | future providers. Contract only — no provider is integrated and no payments are accepted through the app.

Per-merchant authorization

planned

Private merchant audits require merchant-owned, tenant-isolated authorization with least-privilege scopes, server-side or gateway token storage and a revocation path. Builder or shared-workspace credentials are blocked for production by a deterministic validator.

Connector gateway (per-user)

planned

Intended path for per-merchant authorization when a connector client is linked. No client is linked and no merchant connection exists in this project.

Private Shopify merchant access

planned

Admin, analytics and validated checkout evidence behind merchant-authorized access. Not connected; every private-access item stays NEEDS_STORE_ACCESS until a merchant authorizes it.
